We are a local, not-for-profit community organisation that has supported older people to continue to live in their own homes independently, safely and confidently for more than 25 years in Brisbane’s southern suburbs.
We have over 100 employees, including eight podiatrists and more than 60 on-road direct support staff, collaborating to provide professional specialised support and care.
Our clients can also be assisted by a dedicated and enthusiastic group of friendly volunteers who willingly share their diverse range of skills.
We know the importance of creating relationships with our clients through person-to-person contact. This extends to when you contact us by phone – you will talk to a real person in our office, not an answering machine. We aim to provide you with the support needed to allow you to live well in your own home, and to avoid unnecessary admission to a hospital or a nursing home.
